The Story
I help high-achieving women in their 40s and 50s who were just diagnosed with a chronic illness or autoimmune disease and are trying to figure out what's next. She is reassessing the life that she's built and questioning how to maintain it. Or she's made the realization that the life that she's built is no longer sustainable and wants to figure out how to rebuild. Even without a chronic or autoimmune disease diagnosis, she has entered perimenopause or menopause and realized that her life is no longer working for her and wants a partner to help her figure out what she does want from her life and how to get it.
Therapy is collaborative work that requires an investment of time, energy, and resources to really see results. It's a partnership where I will show up as much as you do. If you are ready to start prioritizing yourself for a change and to start creating the life you really want and need now that things have changed for you, I'm ready to work with you.
I have spent my last decade adjusting and readjusting to life with an autoimmune disease and know very well that living with a chronic illness means everything in life becomes a moving target. This has meant learning how to prioritize my time and energy and what I need to make my life work for me. I am here to say that hope is possible, and I can help.
